subscription that was not honerd

On the weekend of the Easter I subscribed for the weekly Sunday times at Rand show I am so disappointed or disgusted with the no service I haves received till today but my money is going off my account every month I have paid for 3 months but I haven't received even a single newspaper till today I have phoned the call center 3 times about this issue and told them to cancel that subscription but I was told they have 1 month waiting period for cancelletion .<br> <br> I have spoken to 3 agents who all refused to give me a reference numbers the last person I spoke to was Zonya Serongwe on the 20.05.2015 at 12h10 she is the one who promised that all my money will be refunded back to me<br> <br> This is really disgusting to say the least this is pure ***** and disrespect from such a huge media company I hope I will get feedback as this is not the service anyone would tollarate from any service provider <br> <br> This is really frustrating to see your money bring stollen by ******* like Sunday Times the ***** stars
