Subscription Service Sucks

I requested for my delivery to be redirected for 4 months. No delivery due to the address not available in their database. I was promised a credit. On redirect to my original address 4 months later, I was told that I needed to renew my subs. After a few calls and no delivery I was advised I will be credited and the service will be restored. Now 7 months later, the credit has not been passed and still no delivery. Amazingly I got calls to renew my subscriptions though. My call again, before this post, realised that this is not yet sorted. Inefficiency at its best.
