Subscription nonsense#TMG

<p>I was sold a subscription 5months ago. My bank account is consistently debited monthly, but no one bothers if I have been receiving my subscription. I had to personally walk into their head office in Rosebank(JHB), they promised to resolve my issue but to date no delivery was made. I'm so upset, I don't want this service anymore. I'd rather stick to buying my Sunday read cash. This has caused irreparable mistrust, false promises etc. I had asked that an email be sent to me with all the promises, apologies etc but you guessed right, nothing was done. I want my refund, I will cancel their debit order. I'm very very upset, all the efforts to resolve this were wasted. I've lost time walking into their centre. My problem remains unresolved.</p>
