Subscription for The Times not honoured

I have been complaining for the past two years on a weekly basis without any solution or possible solution in resolving the problem. I do not receive The Times delivered as promised and my complaints to the call center are a total waste of time. They promise that the newspaper will be re-delivered which has never ever happened. Further on the odd day that I do receive The Times the delivery instruction is not followed. They are however very quick to cal me to ask me to renew my subscription and have never offered me any of their free gifts that they keep advertising. The reason is that I am not a new customer. Seems like they don't give a damn for their loyal customers even though they are experiencing terrible service.<br> <br> Let see if this will maybe get them to notice that I have been complaining for over two years.
