Subscription error? Nobody to assist over the phone?

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to subscribe to your R107 monthly newspaper services for 2 months now with no success. Everyday I call you and all I get is someone who will take my numbers and promise that I will get a call within 10 minutes. Is that how you do business?</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to subscribe so that newspapers will be delivered because I buy the timea and sunday world everytime, I wish someone could assist. If I do not get assisted today, then I will accept that I will mever read your newspapers ever again.</p>
