Subscription

I have been having troubles with my subscriptions and I cancelled an house to house agent came to visit and told me to re- instate the subscription as the service have improved and I renewed it however since I resubscribed I have only received my paper once which is last Sunday and did not receive my weekly paper and I called the call centre advised them to cancel my subscription and the agent told me they can only cancel subscriptions on a Friday I have to call them again and cancel , even though she asked the reason for the cancellation she didn't offer a solution to my dissatisfaction for a newspaper I feel they can do better than they are doing to keep their customers problems resolved <br> she didn't even explain why they only cancel on a Friday which don't make sense when you don't want a service you can cancel as much as you can apply at any time
