Subscriber Nor Getting Newspapers

<p>twice a week I am phoning at my own expence trying to get my two motning newspapers delivered. Sowetan AND The Times. All the time I am tok a special delivery will be requested and I get noithing the whole day. When I phone the following day, I am told I will get a credit, what Credit as every month the same amount get deducted from my account ? All what I want is the deklivery of my newspapers.</p>
