Sub-standard service

Goodday, Entered the Sunday Times, Travel Quiz competition Sunday, 29 July 2018 and successfully provided the correct answer, for which there was a prize of R500-00. An email was forwarded to the Editor during last week enquiring about the prize and to date there has been NO response. If this is how Sunday Times treats is subscription clients, renewal of future annual subscription will be in doubt.
