Stopped Subscription

I had a Sunday Times and Sunday World Subscription for the past three years. No major problems. Whatever problems I had were quickly addressed ie no delivery, late deliveries etc. However this year 2017 around March or so I made a mistake of adding a Sowetan on my account. The Sowetan was supposed to be delivered at my work address and the Sunday papers at home. The total amount to be debited was around R200 plus. They debited the full amount as agreed. The problem is, I never received a single copy of the Sowetan at home or at work. This continued fror three months or so, with me calling wasting my money to call a multi million organization informing them I dont receive The Sowetan but they are debating. In June 2017 out of frustration, I blocked Times Media from my bank. Indeed an R200 plus debit bounced as expected. In reality, due to non-delivery of the Sowetan, I don't owe Times Media as they have debited me almost three times for a paper that I did not receive. However, since I didn't inform Times Media that I was not receiving the Sowetan, The two or so months they debited is fine, water under the bridge. I made a mistake by not informing them immediately, I accept those debits.

I will not accept the R200 or debit for June as I have informed them that I'm not receiving the Sowetan and further informed them that they should cancel the Sowetan subscription.

Solution Expected

-Let my Sunday Times and Sunday world subscription continue.

-Double debt in July for R180 minus the copies I have not received last weekend (2nd July 2017)

-If Times Media find this to be ok, they can call me - ********** 650
