Still waiting for my voucher

Hi <br> <br> After being assisted by Colleen a number of times regarding my outstanding voucher, i am still waiting for the voucher to be sent to me. After my last interaction with Colleen, i understand that i should have been sent the information by mid November and this has not happened. <br> <br> I really don't know what to think about this, as i have been patient and understanding.<br> <br> Thanks and kind regards.
