Still Missing Stuff Issue 59

I'm still missing issue 59. You sent me an SMS a month ago to say there were allegedly problems with the printers and my Stuff magazine would be delivered late, even though I could see it ion all of the stores in my area. SO you're telling me that subscriptions get no priority at all??. I just received issue 60 and I still haven't received issue 59, even after I emailed and phoned you directly several times. Either deliver the issue immediately or refund me the R34 so that I can go and buy it in the shops. This is the second month in a row you have stuffed up my subscription delivery and it is no longer acceptable. I want to speak to a senior manager about the shocking lack of service your company has repeatedly given me over the last few years because I am now fed up!!!
