Still awaiting delivery after notifying of change

I recently moved and notified the Sunday Times of the change of address as from 01/12/2015. To date we have only received the daily times once, and the Sunday Times was only delivered after we complained of non delivery. I even sent emails to Colleen Sefatsa, but she is yet to respond. We would like the delivery of both to be continuous going forward. It is frustrating having to call and mail again and again!!!
