Six weeks still no Refund!

<p>On 12 April 2016 I paid he amount of R244.80 for a Subscription to The Times. On the 22 April I contacted them to cancel the subscription as after repeated requests the delivery was not being done according to the arrangements. I was requested to submit a copy of a cancelled cheque and a request to cancel. This I did on the same day. All info was emailed to Joanne Sebatjie (supervisor) After ten telephone calls and at least seven e mails I still have not received my refund and today is the 10th June 2016. Each time call she promises to call back, and does not. One e mail was responded to saying "refund in progress". This is totally unacceptable and I do not believe I am ever going to be refunded. I called their HO today and asked to speak to the manager I was just told he was out to lunch call back and the telephonist replaced the receiver!</p>
