Shocking service

Terrible service, haven't received the newspaper in close to two months now. Call centre doesn't work, they never call back. Paying for a product that isn't delivered, even if you want to cancel noone answers calls. I'm really frustrated now, have given up on getting the times as hasn't been delivered in years now. But the sunday newspaper is also disappearing.
