Second time late delivery, not impressed

I subscribed to Home Owners effective 1st March 2015, I did not get my 1st issue on time I had to call and enquire then it was delivered about 3 days later. Now the exact same thing happening it is nopw the 6th and I still haven't received my second issue, the 1st April was not a holiday so I wonder what the excuse will be. I think your service delivery is not up to standard and I think I will cancel the subscription,I can't be following up on something that you need to make sure happens. I am dissatisfied and unhappy
