REinstatement of subscription without authority and then non delivery of Sunday Times

<p>I previously subscribed to the Sunday Times when I lived in PE but cancelled it in November 2016 when I moved to Herm****.Out of the blue my account was debited at my bank for a subscription 2 weeks back.</p> <p> As I decided to subscribe again I phoned both their Joburg and Cape Town office at least 7 times to change my address and get the Times and Sunday Times delivered.It was simply a nightmare trying to get the adddress changed and when I finally managed to get someone to do it properly,I have yet to receive either of the newspapers.</p> <p> Being Sunday today,I phoned their Cape Town office at around 0830 advising non delivery yet again.A promise was made to get the Sunday Times delivered.It is now 1515 and still NO delivery.</p> <p> Enough is enough,I am so sick of bad service in this country.TIMES MEDIA I have phoned you on at least 7 occasions and e-mailed you whereby you CONFIRMED my new correct address,you can now take this as my instruction and CANCEL it immediately.I will also get my private banker to reverse the debit which was NOT authorised in the first place.</p> <p>Your service is DISGRACEFULLY PATHETIC.</p>
