Refund me immediately

Hi, On the 12 January 2018, I experienced a trauma and torture by you guys discontinuing my subscription of Black Friday, I have since been calling your offices everyday to demand answers. After been taken from pillar to post by both your head office and whatever offices, I have decided that I want to CANCEL this relationship and services I have with you, I specifically indicated on the email dated 15 January 2017 that I needed to be refunded and for this stupid deal cancelled. What did you do? Nothing absolutely. I spoke to Ethel severally from Head Offices, she assured that the matter is receiving urgent attention, that was on the 22 January 2018, she gave me Dianne's numbers, to date Dianne has not answered my emails or calls, and I have actually not received any feedback. You still wait for me to call or email only to tell me that I must wait for 21 days. Today marks 24 days since I officially cancelled. This is actually a proof that Tiso Blackstar is just another ****. Pleae ensure that you refund me within 24 hours of receiving this. I will not wait for another day without my money, else heads will literally roll.
