<p>Many years back our NGO was a finalist in a national competition. And invited to THE EVENING; that eveing we where not even metioned. </p> <p> </p> <p>I approached the relevant parties and complained because of cost occuring that the NGO cannot affort. </p> <p>Our "consellation" prise was FREE SUNDAY TIMES that we did not want but it was delivered never the less.</p> <p> </p> <p>THE COME THE SUPRISE - all of a sudden I got charged, personally, for the Sunday Times. I complaint because I never subscribed. Eventually it stopped BUT the Sunday Times got delivered even to the point of notifications of late delivery and non delivery via SMS. </p> <p> </p> <p>THEN I changed banks and YES there the deductions started AGAIN, I'm asking from them a refund AND PROOF THAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED and I know they have no written nor recorded concent. </p> <p> </p> <p>The SUPERVISOR I eventually got hold of after many "normal" telesales operators AND NONE OF THEM NOT EVEN THE SUPERVISOR HOLD TO THE COMMITMENT TO RETURN CALLS was very arrogant and CHALLENGED me to proof that I had not. </p> <p> </p> <p>My last action was giving them 7 days to repond in writing on my complaint THEY DID NOT DO THAT.</p> <p> </p> <p>they are anlawful and I DEMAND A REFUND, I can proof every desuction on my bank IF THEY CAN PROOF ME SUBSCRIBING.</p> <p> </p> <p>my CONTACT LOG KEPT FROM THE LAST ROUND OF COMPLAINT.</p> <p> </p> <p>" 9/3/16 - 8:27 Tebogo will call back</p> <p> </p> <p>10/3/16 - 11:09 Tebogo not at work LADY HANG UP but said they will come back.</p> <p> </p> <p>14/3/16 - 10:57 ask for Tebogo got FLORENCE, esculated to Management - 9/3 - I will call back 16/3 because it is 7 days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>11/4 08:40 - Tebogo - waiting for refund & cancellation dept - he will get back to me in the week.</p> <p> </p> <p>18/4 14:56 - Tebogo will consult with the supervisior - ALREADY off duty AND CALL BACK 19/4 AFTER 9AM</p> <p> </p> <p>3/5 09:05 - Ntombi (of so iets) - xfer to Lerato Motloutsi will come back today. THIS MORNING</p> <p> </p> <p>3/5 14:02 - Lerato on another call; they will give him the message to call back</p> <p> </p> <p>4/5 12:45 - Called Larato - Florence will tell him to call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>4/5 13:24 - Leratto called back asking how did I know it has been going of why did I not stop it. My response proof that I have asked for them to subscribe ANY recording or signed do***ent - having my ID, bank detail and address does not say I have required the service."</p>
