Promises of call backs which never happen

I recently rejoined the Sunday Times and promptly received delivery of the Sunday Times immediately after rejoining. The problem is that I am not receiving the weekly Times. My wife has called everyday since Monday, 04th May 2015 to enquire, and every time is promised that a call back will made. This never happens. She called this morning and was told that larry would call back, but we are still waiting.
