Poor Servide Delivery

It is with much disappointment that I address this email to you. After many years of dealing with Avusa media, I am very unsatisfied with the service received from you regarding the delivery of my newspaper. Avusa media has proven without a shadow of a doubt that being a conscientious member of the public and what I believe an excellent client of Avusa with a 100% debit order history, means nothing in this day and age! Responsible parties who go about their finances in a responsible manner get absolutely NO benefit whatsoever and are treated as if they are just another number. What happened to the days where clients were judged on their merits and treated accordingly??? I have made numerous calls and requests asking for intervention regarding the delivery of my newspaper and non delivery thereof, with whom I should be forwarding my complaint to as it seems like its falling on deaf ears. We were informed that there are numerous complaints from Kagiso area but to date nothing seems to have been done, I have attached my Sunday newspaper delivered...shockingly enough I still have to pay for this.....nonetheless it clearly shows me that there is no care whatsoever or is it the area
