Poor Services

It is ironic that the Sunday Times are always publishing articles about poor service delivery by government etc. yet they themselves cannot delivery. I have not received the Sunday Times 4 out of the past 5 weeks. Several calls to their call centre was just further costs to me as the call centre agents just make empty promises of calling back to provide feedback. This problem of non delivery is not unique, this has happens often. <br> <br> Its high time that the Sunday Times write an article about their own poor service delivery. Let the customers know if you cant deliver, we can then make a choice as to who we would like to do business with.
