Poor Service as Usual

Once again, I have not received delivery of the Times on 14 -09-2015 as at 14h00 . This company has a very pathetic delivery service in Pretoria East. Complaints to them regarding the substandard delivery service are never addressed to an acceptable level. One receives the same lame apology and a false promise that the poor delivery service will be attended to. It is shocking to receive such poor service for a service that is paid for in advance. To top it all, there is no correspondence whenever the paper is delivered late, or not delivered at all.<br> The Sunday Times should deliver on what consumers pay for , and stop selling subscriptions if they are unable to provide a service
