POOR SERVICE

Have not received The Times for 2 days. Get the usual stuck record response when I phone saying that I will get a re-delivery but this never happens. Ask each time why I am not receiving a paper and they say they will get the area manager to phone me which of course he never does. Should I not receive the paper on Sunday I be cancelling my subscription as I am sick and tired of the run-around when I do not receive my paper.
