Poor daily Delivery

We have a subscription to the Sunday Times and the daily Times to be delivered every day.<br> The Sunday Times has been delivered every Sunday without fail for about five years! Excellent Service !<br> The daily times , however, has had a very poor delivery. Between six and ten days a month we have not received the paper.<br> This morning, again. We heard the delivery car throw a paper at about five am but when we checked about 6h30 there was no paper.<br> It seems the paper is thrown against the outside wall or gate and the first passer by picks it up.<br> Presumably at other times,there is no delivery.<br> We have phoned the Sunday Times service almost daily for years to complain with absolutely no response.<br> Please advise
