POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Renewed subscription for Sunday Times and daily Times on the 10 th of MAY 2017 , yet have not received any newspaper delivery since .</p> <p>Times Medie Group claimed they have not received renewal payment,and requested</p> <p>proof of payment which was immediately e-mailed to them. Still no papers, again had to e-mail proof of payment and multiple times after that.</p> <p>Still no papers, phoned and they have finally received proof of payment.</p> <p>"WILL ESCALATE TO ADMIN DEPARTMENT"</p> <p>Multiple calls later always with same response, Yet still no newspapers !!!!</p>
