Payment made service not rendered

On the 07/11/2015 I paid for a service I did not receive from Sunday times I was continuously told I would be contacted by management, 8 days later and management did not return my call, I have been ****** by Sunday times, I feel they are taking clients money and not rendering a service to the client. I have Tried to contact Ethel Paddayachee 5 times and still no response fro0m the company itself. If they do this to 1000 clients every week they would end up with a high profit by selling the same paper twice.
