Payment made service not rendered

On The 07/11/2015 I had contacted the call center of Sunday times newspaper to open a complaint of non-delivery I called in 4 times and was told I will be contacted by the manager which was 8 days ago and still waiting for a call from the manager, Ethel Paddayachee was informed according to Mr. Lerato and did not have the ethics to return the call of a client. If Sunday Time does this to 10000 people in South Africa then sell the same paper to other readers imagine the profit the company is making. This is ***** in it mildest form.
