PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SUNDAY TIMES.
I was contacted by Sunday Times during the subscription promotion they have been running. I did explain to Patricia Chetty that my reason for previously cancelling home delivery was due to poor service and well yes, it happens again! Payment for the yearly subscription was made on 8 May 2018, the first home delivery of the newspaper was supposed to be 20 May 2018 , part of the newspaper was received and it was thrown at the entrance gate of the street (we in a gated street but explained to Patricia that the paper can be popped over the wall as its outside the gated area, i was assured it would be conveyed. we contacted the call center at 9h50 and was assured that by 11h50, the paper would be delivered, UNFORTUNATELY, IT NEVER HAPPENED. On 27 May and 2 June, no paper was delivered. However, the most amazing event of all is that on 1 June 2018, I receive and sms indicating that my subscriptions have expired and i am must pay R916,47. Oh yes, and the so called tank with the promotion offer never arrived, Patricia had indicated that within 15 days i should receive it. its now 18 days, and zero update or any communication in this regard.... THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SUNDAY TIMES.....
