Pathetic service

<p>I have had an ongoing Sunday Times subscription for my mum ( L Naidoo- 8 Sanderson Rd, Pinetown) for many years. I am really fed up at the constant non-delivery of the newspaper. I have wanted to cancel this subscription on numerous occasions for this reason but each time I have been promised better service etc etc. Today I have once again not received the newspaper. I’m not sure what to do here as I am now sick and tired of this pathetic service. Needless to say, family members who have a Sunday Tribune subscription do not have this problem. Clearly the Sunday Times does not care to compete with an efficient service like that. I shall now be forced to buy another copy at my local Spar (in addition to the one I have already paid them for)</p>
