pathetic service

Decided to give Sunday times another chance for subscription of the paper even though we had a previous bad experience but as they promised a better service because of a new distributor we decided to give them a chance.

Biggest mistake, no delivery cannot get hold of the agent and debit order still goes off for payment even though i cancelled immediately after the first no delivery as i could see that there was no change in the service.
