Pathetic Newspaper delivery

<p>I am still waiting for newspaper delivery since mid December i subscribe to both the Sunday Times and the Financial Mail, i have called and been informed the Area Manager will revert to me. In both instances no one bother to call back and i get an sms saying account will be credited but call centre can only credit me with one issue what about the rest i did not receive. </p>
