Paper not delivered consistently.

I subscribed to the Sunday times having being sold on how much cheaper and convenient it would be to have paper delivered. I sit here waiting for my delivery. My paper war not delivered last Sunday. The delivery of the times is intermittent. This continues to happen despite having complained to call centre several times. I called call centre today and call just drops. This is frustrating and I go and buy paper with no regard by Sunday times for the additional cost I incur. I will probably not renew my subscription and would suggest anyone considering subscribing to take cognisance of this.
