paper not delivered

last year i was phoned by a lady requesting me to subscribe with the newspaper, i did but later she told me that i will not be able to subscribe because i di not know the erf no. of the flats where i live, i accepted but i later on found out that money is being deducted from my account but there has never been any delivery for the newspaper, i phone sunday times at least every month, last month i was told that i will not receive the refund and i was told to phone the following day but the person i spoke to was not at work and no one helped. everytime when i call im always told that the supervisor will call me back but to date no supervisor has ever called me.
