Paid for but never received goods

I recently signed up to be a subscriber for the Sunday times news paper.

I was supposed to receive the first newspaper on the 04th August 2019. After I noticed my paper has not arrived I contacted the call center they informed me that they will log the call with the delivery company but I will get it.

It’s now 1400 in the afternoon.
