Ongoing shocking delivery

Delivery of The Times for the last three weeks has been extremely erratic. The newspaper delivery arrives as late as 12h00 . I have been complaining about this very substandard delivery service for many years, but nothing seems to be done to resolve the situation permanently. The deliveries continue to get worse as the years go by, clearly indicating that the carriers , distribution agents and area manager are not competent to provide an acceptable service. They are ******** customers by claiming to provide a delivery service. As usual, I suppose the *********** staff will make false promises of looking into the situation
