Once again no paper delivered

So in 2015 we had the same issue of the sunday times paper not being delivered for 6 weeks eventually the 7th week it was resolved. The new year has just started and Times media is once again providing a **** service. Two weeks and no newspaper delivered. This morning i called the Sunday Times office and Lerato promised before 11:00 am the newspaper will be delivered. Its now 5pm and no newspaper recieved in 2 weekends. Called the office again and spoke to Tebogo at 11:15 who said that Lerato was in the toilet and will call back. Once again Lerato owns up to the same excuse as 2015 always in the ****ing toilet. Times Media do you not have any sympathy towards pensioners???? To make a 74 year old man beg just to have his newspaper delivered??? What a disgrace really!!!!
