Oh, Sunday Times, where art thou?

<p>At the end of July, I paid for a one year subscription to the Sunday Times. For the past four Sundays, I haven't received my paper. If you are unable to deliver my paper, please kindly refund me for my subscription. I send emails to the company complaining that my paper has not been delivered and they go unanswered. Just please refund my money. This is a useless service. </p>
