NONSENSE

Hi,

Yesterday I demanded that I get refunded immediately, 24 hours later nothing in my account. I received an email that my money would be refunded yesterday, but dololo nothing. So I phoned the number on the invoice, the guy who responded shouted that the policy says payments are done 21 days after requesting refund.

Guys, this is not open for discussion, I want my money. I sent Dianne email this morning querying why I have not received my money, She said that it has not yet passed 24 hours, guess what ? Its 13:19 oclock, making it 25 hours. This arrogance must come to an end guys.

We cannot afford to treat customer like this Can I have my money right now? Should I come and get it cash? ARROGANCE MUST FALL!!!!!!
