Non delivery to subscriber

<p>I'm times media subscriber for past 3years but service im experincing its bad, for delivey of my news paper i have to complain every sunday for non delivery of my news paper which there is debit order debiting every month , ive cancelled subcription last year 2015 and they called and bugged me to renew the paper around june 2016 i did still im experincing same problem i have complained and now im tired and when i tell them i want to terminate the contract they say they will call me back.</p>
