non delivery of the Times newspaper

The delivery of the times newspaper is non existing. For a year now the has been no delivery of the times newspaper,I have made numerous calls and sent an email for help. After numerous calls it was finally delivered, I had hoped that it was finally sorted to my surprise the subsequent days the paper has not been delivered. When I call to complait they take my details and promise the issue will be resolved. This company has no problem collecting my money but when it comes to doing what you promise it's a mission.<br> <br> Please resolve this issue.
