Non Delivery of the newspaper

There are several times where the Sunday Times doesnt deliver our Newspaper on sundays yet we always pay the subscription fees on a monthly basis. We have complained about the non delivery and on numerous occassions we are advised that the paper will be delivered the same day later on Monday morning but that never happens. When we call to cancel the subscription, they do not do as we wish but instead we are promised delivery which never happens. On Sunday 2015-05-03 +- 09:00am , we contacted the call centre and the phone was answered by a 'Johanna'we explained what the problem was and she advised that she will speak to her manager and call us back within an hour. 11:00 and there was still no call.We then called again and this time the phone was answered by Florence. When we asked for Johanna she advised that Johanna was off..... 2nd lie of the day. She then advised that she will send an Sms to us ensuring that the paper will be delivered the Monday morning and we are still waiting for the paper. Come month end we will be debited for a FULL months subscription for papers we have not read.... Please assist by either refunding us our monies or cancelling our subscription!
