Non-delivery of Sunday Times news paper as promised.

<p>Sunday Times is not delivering the paper. I phone them and they promised to contact the circulation manager of the area. It has been 3 weeks now with no delivery. This is happening for the third time in a year. I again phoned on 01 July 2016 and speak to the lady by the name of Florence. </p> <p>I just wish they should just cancel the contract and stop deducting my money.
