Non delivery of Sunday Times and The Times

Today in the morning at around 9, I called the subscription hotline to query non delivery, the consultant who assisted looked into it and I was informed the delivery is on it's way and I also received the standard sms apologising for non delivery and that 're-delivery is being arranged. It's now after 4pm and still no sign of the paper coming. On previous occasions I have also been calling to sort out the issue of why we aren't consistently receiving an edition of the Times and the reply is ' the area manager has been informed and the issue will be resolved', the next day the paper comes then nothing after that. Can this please be resolved as its frustrating to always contact the call centre about an issue that's not being looked into properly. The service that one is getting is far from satisfactory because at the end of the month the debit order goes off.
