Non-delivery of subscriptions

On a regular basis, Times Media does not deliver subscriptions for Business Day, Financial Mail, Times and Sunday Times. Even though I complain I do not receive cer*****y of whether I am being credited. There is no remedial action taken. Once again I have not received deliveries of BusDay or FM today, 23 October. I still have an unresolved query on FM since mid September. Promises to deliver have not materialised. No reconciliation is provided of non-deliveries within a contract.
