Non delivery of newspaper but chowing my money

It is with great regret that i answered an in-coming call on my mobile phone more than 3 months ago. How I so wish I didnt. A lady on the other side of the line offered me a reasonably sound newspaper subscription. I did not hesitate to accept the offer as it was nice package (1 Sunday paper and The Times weekly). The 1st Debit order went off and no paper was delivered, well I thought it was a Pro-Rata amount as I had subscribed in the middle of the month. For the whole month (March) I received nothing whatsoever. A week or so later a lady from your HeadOffice called me offering me another deal. I subsequently declined it based on the fact that I hadnt received a single issue of the paper. I told her my reasons for declining the offer and to my surprise I received my very 1st copy (and last) the following Sunday. Fast forward to 3 Debit orders later am I tired of Sunday Times as I have logged a call 3-4 weeks ago and not receiving any feedback on your \investigation". Can I get answers please.
