Non Delivery of Newspaper

Good day,<br> <br> Sunday Times have been promising to deliver the newspaper but till today no delivery.<br> I was supposed to get the Sunday Times newspaper from 27 September 2015. They started deducting on 25 September as per agreement. On 24 October 2015 they deducted again and I have never received a single newspaper from them.<br> <br> Each time I phone I am told that they have sent a request to Area Manager and they are going to deliver. I am tired of promises with no action.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br>
