Non Delivery of newspaper

I received a call from Colleen after more than week of my first complaint on the 5 March 2015. She assured me that I will not have any further problems with the delivery and the delivery instructions will be followed.<br> <br> But I received \The Times"thrown over the wall and not in the post box as instructed for exactly 4 days. No delivery today and guess it is back to normal and false promises as usual. They also changed the delivery instructions for the Sunday Times which they try and squeeze into the post box for which the instructions are clear to leave it on the wall. <br> <br> This is incompetence at its best. Probably lying to customers is one of the first requirements to work at Sunday Times.<br> <br> I will continue complaining on this site until such time as I am satisfied with the service I receive."""
