Non- delivery, Keeps debiting, No feedback

I subscribed for the delivery of City Press news paper, debit order keeps going on a monthly basis. I have sent them (Tiso Black Star) emails indicating that I have not received a single issue of the paper, yet they keep debiting my account.

Their respose always reads: "Good day X,

Please note that we escalated your cancellation request to the relevant department and normally the cancellation take 30 working day for non-delivery cancellation since they have to investigate the non-delivery issue.

All the time, with no help.

One Jackson Mthembu was right when he chanted, outside of an art gallery in Johannessburg and in protest of City Press, " Don't buy City Press, don't buy".

His protest resonates, as I feel helpless, because no one is listening from Times Media & Tiso Black Star.
