Non delivery but still debiting my account

During the rand Easter show I subscribed to Sunday times via their promotion and they promised to deliver Sunday Times and Times every week to me.<br> They have been debiting my account for the past 2 months the last debit being yesterday but they haven't even delivered one single copy to me. This is not acceptable.<br> I have been calling their call centre for the past 4 - 5 weeks but this issue is still not resolved.<br> I even called them yesterday to check if the cancellation was done and I was told that it was done but to my surprise this morning I get an sms from my bank saying Sunday times has deducted some money.<br> PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND ME.
