Non delivery again and again and again

The times wasn't delivered on the 12, 13 and 14th August and I reported the matter to Fezile on the 13 who promised me feedback and nothing has happened. I still have not received Sunday Times this morning and I reported to Agnes. May I be refunded the days I didn't receive the paper.
